Been working through some difficult times, and extremely glad that Bart is along for the ride. I’m so grateful for his ability to listen without judgement, share without being preachy, and add a laugh here and there.

Witnessing my client's live with more intention to make their lives better.

Through life experience and a dedication to having a higher level of self-awareness, I believe I have a lot to offer people. I do not pretend to be an expert in everything. I am very honest with people and if a client is not a good fit for me, I will not push it.

Most of my clients have been remote.
Phone, video conference, or emails. in this day and age working with someone remote is very easy and effective.

Center yourself, build Awarness, strengthen your Resiliency and let yourself Expand. Take CARE of yourself.
Through healthy routines and habits, I have helped grow mine and others' capabilities, self-understanding, and personal growth. These skills are useful both personally and professionally.

For most athletes getting injured is not only a physical blow but a mental one as well. I have been there many times myself. Having someone to help you through the harder times of recovery can be the difference between coming back stronger and not coming back at all.

Events in life that make a person significantly rethink how they are living, is what I consider a Major Life Event. this could be a divorce, career change, injury, illness, or other. After a Major Life Event you are often aware that you want to move in a new direction, but making it happen can be tough.
Through my own experience of navigating three Major Life Events in one year, I developed a framework and set of tools for coming out the other side, better and stronger.

I have helped many people center their skills and their focus on operating efficiently in the professional world. By focusing on your direction and energy placement, we can build a better understanding of how you can become a compitent leader.
