My coaching format helps you learn habits and routines that work specifically for you, and isn’t a one-size-works-for-all, cookie-cutter program. You receive a completely personalized experience based on your goals, and where you are right now in relation to those goals.
In addition to regularly talking sessions, services can include:
-exercise plans(we build these together)
-food/eating/meal plans(again, we build these together)
-information and resources on topics we discuss in our sessions
-personalized calendars with suggested actions
-self-starter guides and/or activities
I’ve been coaching since 2019 after spending more than 15 years learning about and practicing habits that got me to a very stable healthy.
