Nadine is an enthusiastic and motivating wellness coach. Her workouts have been individualized to help me gain strength and cardio endurance. I love watching clients move toward reaching their goals.
I love seeing clients figure out what's working for them to get healthier, and then seeing them empowered to do it completely independent of our work together.
I love when clients see the progress in themselves, whether it's physical or thought-full. Either way, they know that their efforts have been worth it.

I was ready for new opportunity, and ready to use my passion and strengths to help women. I have spent so many years as a caregiver and a facilitator for personal growth. In that role I have watched people flourish as they stepped into their confidence and into clarity about their capabilities. During those years I also learned how to live at my healthiest, and built it into my everyday life. It seemed like a natural step to use my guiding skills and health knowledge to support women in finding the healthy they want to attain.

It’s my goal to provide every single client with a program that is centered on who she is. My coaching consists of the combination of mindset and healthy living choices that are personalized to support each woman as she gains confidence and clarity on her capabilities to keep herself healthy. Ultimately, I want every woman to feel nurtured by me, and walk away from our time together feeling totally empowered to take on any future health challenges she might encounter.

Weekly scheduled talking session followed up with support, dependent upon session discussion. Support may include: journal prompts, self-starter guides, information resources, accountability contacts.

Bi-weekly scheduled talking session followed up with support, dependent upon session discussion. Support may include: journal prompts, self-starter guides, information resources, accountability contacts.

Weekly scheduled talking session followed up with support, dependent upon session discussion. Support may include: a month-long calendar consisting of suggested actions, journal prompts, self-starter guides, information resources, accountability contacts.

Weekly scheduled talking session followed up with support, dependent upon session discussion. Support may include: month-long calendar consisting of suggested actions, journal prompts, self-starter guides, information resources, supplemental guides, up to 10 reminder/accountability texts each month.

A year-long program consisting of unlimited 15 minute phone call sessions. At the end of each call, you will receive an action item to complete. Our next phone call can occur after the action item has been completed.
