My family and I were thoroughly impressed with Moving Home Made Easy. They took such great care with our belongings ensuring everything was covered and wrapped up correctly in order that no damage occurred. The team were super friendly and efficient, nothing was too difficult for them, and they really made that extra effort to ensure the move went smoothly. The guys were so professional and friendly. I honestly can't fault them, they arrived on time, and then also took their time with the move, even making sure the carpets were delivered to the correct rooms in the new house. Also built up furniture again where required. Moving is stressful enough, but to have a team take on the responsibility for the move so efficiently and effectively really helped us to relax on the day. Definitely be using their services again, and recommending them to friends and family. I also run a property management company so will be using them for commercial property moves when required. The guys at Moving Home Made Easy really couldn’t have a more apt company name...they really did make our moving home easy! ! From the minute we made that first phone call to make an appointment for a quote, the final box being carefully shifted to the right location in their new home...and then the follow up calls to ensure I was happy with the service were all carried out extremely quickly & professionally...and always with a friendly manner..just brilliant all round... Great service. The guys arrived on time, were very polite and as i had things to attend to, i asked if they needed me around. After showing them what was to be moved i left and they removed everything, taking great care of more fragile objects such as pictures and a glass dining table. They called to ask if i was ready for delivery and proceeded without any fuss. Everything is unpacked now and nothing is damaged. The team really do what they say--Moving Home Made Easy!! I made several enquiries to removal companies but I was so impressed with the response from the MD, David Reed who responded very quickly. He visited the house prior to moving and made me so at ease. Nothing was to much trouble--despite my daft questions. David knew his job which for me was ideal as I was extremely stressed out about moving house. The team on the moving day were absolutely brilliant. Very polite and nothing was too much trouble--all of them to a man!! With humour thrown in. Very impressed at the way the team protected the carpets and furniture while moving. Everything was looked after very well. All of my carpets, furniture and beds were covered. Not one single mark on my stuff. The beds were dismantled and made up again which was just brilliant. All of the team involved in the move were extremely hard-working, despite the dreadful heat. I was let down by the booked removal firm when the date of entry to the new build property was changed. David and the team at movinghomemadeesay, revised their planning to accommodate me. Not only that but when a unit was too big to get in the new flat, arranged storage and a joiner to dismantle, pieces moved into flat where the joiner reassembled it. The team turned up and took great care of our posessions. Sofas and mattresses were wrapped in a protective plastic film. Tv, mirrors were also well rapped up for transport . We would like to thank Moving Home Made Easy for providing a very professional and couteous service for our recent house move from the south side down to the coast. We had to change the moving date by a week from 8th to 12 January and we were given very little notice. We were really concerned and David...the MD came to see me on his day off and reassured me that he would still be able to accommodate the move by making a few logistical changes. He is so knowlegeable about how things tend to pan out and his team of men were really amazing and very efficient on the day. I remain totally amazed at how so much stuff (and I have a lot) could be organised into the truck and then...as if by magic.. arrive all in one piece without a mark on any of it at it's new home. I hope your wee head cold is better now Alan as it was freezing that day and you spent most of it outside. I thought it was very difficult to decide exactly who to trust nowadays with all our ''worldly goods' but I needn't have worried so much as the team definately lived up to their company name. Lads did a great job going from Ground Floor to a 3rd floor flat! Very courteous, helpful and ensured all fragile items were wrapped and secured (they even wrapped items that I didn't think were fragile! ). David and the team were professional and courteous during a particularly stressful time for my family. Moving is always tough especially if you have a chain to consider. The storage took a lot of pain away from timing a move, and the prices very good. We needed flexibility and they provided that, even delivered goods to the new house when the stress was getting too much for us. Also for a very good price. Being able to expand your storage for just the period needed, the move week, made it brilliant for reducing the work on the day. On top of that, getting access to the storage when needed was easy and David did everything required to make it secure and timely. Would highly recommend. More...

Good price, lovely helpful staff and everything was handled with care. My only complaint would be that when we got our keys the crews were busy at other jobs and we had to wait until 5pm for you to start unloading our stuff at our new address and finishing around 7pm which wasn’t great as we have 2 young children.

Just moved house and was recommended by a friend about “moving home made easy” to help with moving all of my contents into the new property. From start to finish the customer experience was exceptional. David and the team are very friendly and passionate about what they do. They were punctual, efficient and nothing I asked was too much for them. With the stress that comes with moving home I can honestly say that they made the process seamless whilst maintaining very professional standards. Excellent service provided to my family and I for our house move in June this year. One of the team came to the house prior to the move and provided us with an overview of the service at a very competitive price. We had already received quotes from two other leading removal companies but were more impressed by Moving Home Made Easy in terms of the service they provided in comparison. The team delivered packaging and boxes to assist us with our packing prior to the move and even delivered extra packaging on the same day we requested it. On the day of the move the team arrived on time and ensured all our items were removed safely and securely, conveying everything to our new home without a single issue. The team were friendly, quick and very efficient.
