They gave me quote easily via Yelp and stuck to it. Great quick, email response & communication. Even came on Christmas Eve so my carpets would be dry before my holiday party. Carpets look and feel like new. No chemical smell, just fresh & fluffy. I live on a third floor and other companies in the past have told me they couldn't do it. Bu far the best I've ever seen and we own two rental properties. We moved to Mill Valley 1 year ago and let's just say our carpets looked a college frat house just moved out. The crazy thing is they were cleaned before we got there. We had them cleaned twice and still were pretty nasty. We lived for a year and now we are doing our finally move out cleanings and we hired NorCal Carpet Cleaning. Wow what an amazing job not only did they use wall protectors but they took their time and got stains out that the other three company's could not. I sent him couple pictures of the upholstery I would like him to clean and within minutes he was able to quote me a very competitive. On the day of cleaning, Mario showed up on time, spent about half hour to set up and then took his time with each room and upholstery. He did a fantastic job! Mario was AWESOME. He was very responsive re texting and telephone messages, he showed up on time, he did an amazing job at a reasonable price and best of all, there were no "hidden" extras that I hear so many people complain about. He came highly recommended by a good friend of mine, but I also got 3 other quotes and he was in line with all of them re the cost. I'll start by saying I am very picky when it comes to hiring anyone to do work in our home. I am notorious for cleaning my house after I have just had a house cleaning company clean for me. I get frustrated very easily with sub-par work. Having said that, Norcal Carpet Cleaning actually exceeded my expectations in getting our very neglected carpets cleaned. It is the first professional carpet cleaning we've done for several years, and our carpets look beautiful. He was able to get stains out consisting of paint, nail polish (I think it was nail polish- at least my kids said that's what it was) and literally all coffee spills, etc. I will definitely hire this company again in the future. Another bonus was that the carpets were only slightly damp after, and dried completely by the next day. I really appreciate good, conscientious companies who do quality work - Norcal is one of those. I highly recommend Mario, and NorCal Carpet Cleaning. Mario showed up on time and got right to work. He laid pads down to protect the wood flooring along with covers for doorways preventing the hose from scuffing the woodwork. This is such a amazing company! Mario is such a hard worker! We had painted the house and got some paint on the carpets and had been a couple of years that we had not had them washed. Mario made our carpets look brand new! He worked so hard to take the paint off the carpet and it worked, it now looks like we never spilled paint on the carpets! We love the results of his work! Mario and his assistant cleaned a 9 X 12 oriental style carpet for me. They showed up on time and did an excellent job - much better than my prior cleaner. Pleasant and professional. His equipment appears to be modern and well maintained. The carpet dried very quickly even though it was bulky and heavy - so his wet vacuum worked fine. Mario was on time for our appointment. He was to just clean our living and dinning room. We added 13 stairs a hall and a large sofa. This was no problem for him. He gave a very reasonable rate. Nor-Cal and Mario were SUPERB! Wonderful SERVICE, I called the day before and Mario was able to arrange to come the NEXT DAY (thank you Mario! ) for a move-out carpet cleaning. He came EXACTLY ON TIME, and waited for me, as I had an emergency plumbing issue, and then trouble shot how he would get water for carpet cleaning, since we had had to turn off the main water valve at my house. He could have just left but he stuck with me while I resolved the plumbing emergency, found a next store neighbor to hook up to water (with permission) and went over the carpets meticulously, staying with it until the 3 rooms of carpet were SUPER CLEAN. And he did it all in a HELPFUL and FRIENDLY way... And Guaranteed his service. Will use them again and recommend them to all my friends. More...
