I moved to Noblesville last year and spent several months researching and touring nearby gyms. I found this “gem” of a gym tucked away in South Harbour. I was doing a Google search for weight loss competitions because I needed some extra accountability to drop some pounds and found that NAC was holding their Lose It! Challenge starting Jan 2018. I signed up for it that week! This program turned out to be exactly what I needed (lost 25 lbs in 8 weeks), AND I found out how awesome the classes, staff, and other members are along the journey. The feel of NAC is much different than the other chain gyms in the area, and you notice this immediately when stepping inside. It’s welcoming, fun, and a homey environment with encouraging staff and instructors. No judgment! Come in to work out on your own or attend one of the many classes they offer. This gym is a place you can workout at any size or shape and feel encouraged and welcomed! I highly recommend it as a starting point!
