I was working on a time sensitive project regarding my ad design and my current graphic designer had problems adding the Farsi writing that i needed in my ad due to a software he was using. I was really stressed so I contacted Amir and told him what was going on over the phone, Amir was great he knew right away what needed to be done and asked to contact me back with a solution. Ten minutes later I get a call from Amir right away and he said although him and his team may not be able to finish what I needed in time he is willing to help me and ad the Farsi writings on my Ad as a courtesy so I can continue the work that I started and finish in my time frame. There was a little issue that we ran into with my calendar and some info was not making it over from my online calendar to my Google calendar. Ali assured me they would get down to the bottom of it. I had to share my calendar with him "which I had no problem trusting him with". After a few days they nailed to issue. It was a bug keeping certain data from being written to the database. We had a pretty bad experience with our last web design company, not only they did not do what they promised, but in the end they told us they cannot give us any of the files or the codes, because they own it! ! This was a healthcare website for a mid-size clinic, and it was imperative for us to keep it up to date and have the ability to add content on a regular basis.With NikaLabs' help, we were able to download and regenerate all the data that we had sent to the previous designer from their servers, and load them into a brand new website that was finally as functional as we wanted it to be. A+++++!I could not be happier with the website that Nika Labs designed for me, or with Ali's awesome customer service and responsiveness.  I am a lawyer who needed a website designed to promote my services to potential clients.  I knew nothing about web design (other than that anything I tried to do own my own would look crappy), and nobody I knew had a strong recommendation for a designer, so I turned, as I often do, to Yelp.  And, boy, am I glad I did, because I found Nika Labs.After reviewing the Nika Labs website and liking the styles of many of the websites Nika Labs had designed, I submitted an inquiry through the Nika Labs website.  I heard back from Ali very quickly (I think it might have been the same day) with answers to my questions and an invitation to talk further.  Because the Nika Labs office is close by, I scheduled an in-person meeting for the following week.  Although I had thought a lot about my website before I met with Ali, and I knew what content the website would need to present, I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted for the design.  All I knew was that I wanted a clean, modern-looking website rather than a typical (IMHO) stodgy law firm website.  Ali asked about my business and the type of work I do (patent law) and what I wanted to achieve with the site (client development).  As I left the meeting, I did not think I had given much guidance at all to Ali (other than that I wanted a clean website), but to my surprise, he said he already had an idea in mind.  The mock-up, which Ali delivered within just a few days of me delivering the signed contract, looked fantastic and exceeded my expectations.  It was so good, and I was so excited about the look and feel, that I was motivated to sit down, finally, and generate the content for the website.  Once I provided the content, Ali turned around the changes quickly, and, just like that, my website was almost perfect.  Throughout the design process, Ali was very accommodating of all of the changes I requested, usually getting them done within a few hours. I am a huge fan of people who respond to their clients in a timely manner and who do what they say they will do within the time period they specify.  The people of Nika Labs are such people.  In addition to building an awesome website that looks great not only on computers, but also on phones and tablets, Nika Labs and Ali are awesome at communicating with clients and getting the job done quickly and without a lot of drama.  Working with Nika Labs is just easy.  I am a completely satisfied customer, and I intend to continue using Nika Labs for all of my website design needs. I own a window-covering business in San Jose. Over the past 10 years or so, I have done my own website using various software. But my website was always rather plain and was not as informative or as useful to customers as it could have been.
