I can say this is one of the best offices i have been to in the last 5 yrs. As someone with chronic illness that has effected my mental health i have had a rough time finding people in the mental health field that seem to care. They are very accommodating and don't use Essential oils at all in their clinic which can cause access barriers for those with respiratory illnesses. The receptionist was very caring and answered all my questions, even though they dont take my insurance their rates are affordable and worth paying out of pocket. Jess, my counselor, is a great listener and really cares about what is going on with me. She does not make me feel like she is waiting for the time to run out or my concerns are "just in my head" like have heard countless times before. I even convinced my husband to try them because of his every day stresses getting to him and even after one appointment he is feeling less stressed and cant wait for the next one.we highly recommend giving them a try. I absolutely love Ron Nicolet (therapist), Linda Sloat (therapist), and Ellen (receptionist). They are all very friendly. They are able to get us in for emergency appts during a crisis . They have an amazing case manager (Stephanie) who has been extremely helpful as well. They have all worked together to help our whole family. The atmosphere in our home is so much happier and peaceful since starting at Nicolet Counseling. I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Thank You Ron and Crew. More...
