So, I just got my very first order from this place and all I can say is OH MY GOD! I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease and was dreading giving up my breads and what not. I have to say when I first thought about vegan bread and sweets I thought they would have no flavor. I was so wrong. I got carrot cake cupcakes and was seriously surprised. The frosting is so rich I actually could not eat it all. Its wonderful. And the bread....what can I say. Its better then I imagined. We had one of the most delicious cakes made for my son’s 7th birthday. Not only was it really tasty. It was gluten free and safe for my son’s best friend to enjoy without worry. His excitement alone was priceless. We had a Harry Potter cake made to resemble the one Hagrid brought Harry. Chocolate with strawberry icing. Nice Bites went above and beyond. Very flexible and was a pleasure to do business with. Stress free experiences on event days are a blessing and Nice Bites gave us exactly that plus. This business is a real gem in the community, for not only vegans but everyone. All the treats I've had from NB have been scrumptious and high quality.
The range of selections is remarkable. I've had several goodies including cookies, cupcakes, and pumpkin bread. The birthday cake they made for us was absolutely heavenly!!
