Vic is focused on helping me achieve my goals and
makes every session challenging and fun. I have been
working with him for ten weeks. My energy has
noticeably increased and I have lost several inches in
my waist and hips. I'm excited to continue this journey

Nextform Fitness is the place to be for exercise custom fitted to your needs. I have done personal training sessions, customized workout plans, and a 60 day Body Weight Bootcamp with Victor and I have loved them all. From his personalized approach, to the gradual build up of strength training, I cannot recommend him enough. It also is worth saying that he is always available to answer any questions you have so that you can execute your program without a hitch. I’ve felt stronger, more confident and more in control of my body than I have before. Vic has been such a huge part of my personal health for about 6 months now. I started working with him when I had serious back pain that was keeping me from enjoying my life. He was able to get me back to playing soccer and hiking. Not only that but he has given me tools to help prevent the pain from coming back. I feel stronger and more flexible. I have known Victor for many years. Victor, of Nextform fitness, was instrumental in helping me get into shape. with Victor's coaching and guidance, I was able to lose 35 pounds and transform my body into a healthy machine. He was always patient with me, motivated me and made sure I was doing the exercises correctly. One session that stands out in my mind was when Victor had me walking on a treadmill with a 25 pound weight vest. Q&As

That depends on the individual and the goals. We focus on any number aspects of physical and mental wellness through various training methods. It all comes down to what the client needs.

There isn't one. It takes commitment, patience, and understanding the difference between a dream and a fantasy.

My clients. I am a relationships person and being able to spend time with clients doing something that makes them look, feel, and do better is what it's all about.

I enjoy process. I always tell my clients that the process is the fun part and that is where we facilitate changes and improvement. It can challenge us but that is what we should be looking for, not running from.

We choose each other. I am selective in regards to who I work with so if we agree to work together than I am going to give you my best, I ask that same in return.

Yes. I do offer custom built training programs for clients who want the appropriate guidance so that their independent training is effective and enjoyable.

Whatever changes my clients request. Additional sanitation, masking, and distancing where and when necessary.

Services

Private in-person sessions are 60 minutes long and is based on who you are that day. We always have a game plan but adjust in real time when necessary. I have two goals for every training session:

1. The client feels better when they are leaving then when they arrived.

2. The client leaves having learned something during our time together.

This is the most effective way to ensure that you get the most out of me as a resource and is my preferred method for interacting with my clients.

This service allows clients who are located remotely, traveling, or prefer to train in their own gym or home the ability to follow a training program that has been built specifically for them.

There is an on-boarding process which allows clients to share what their goals, needs, and obstacles are so that I can create a training program that is effective, enjoyable, and truly personalized.
