Highly recommend and will use this limo service again. Â Impressive service from booking with Steven - he was super responsive. Limo beautiful, driver Ace was professional and pleasant. Forgot cake in limo (we were scheduled to be at venue for 2 hours) - contacted Steven and Ace was back in minutes and took care of bringing the cake in to restaurant. After having major issues with my car and with no one (family/friend nor taxi) to get my family and I to an important event, this company came through like no other. Â Despite the company being short staffed at the time and it being so last minute, our driver, Joe, reached us within minutes! He greeted us with a smile, was genuinely friendly and helpful with all of our luggage. He was professional and we even shared a few good laughs. The cost was reasonable despite being a luxury car service. Â Even after a month had passed (when I needed an extra copy of the receipt), the owner reissued it to me without a problem. I used this service 6 times over the past weekend. It is one of the best car services I have used. The drivers were always early, and did not pester you to leave early. I have used many services that when they show up early, they expect you to go, this was a big benefit when you are waiting for a lot of people to be ready to leave at a certain time. Wanted to let the company know of the OUTSTANDING service me and my wife received this afternoon from Damian of NY FINEST CAR SERVICE. We asked the hyatt hotel in Yonkers to get us a cab. Damian arrived within minutes with a spotless car and was so polite and waited patiently as wifee was a few minutes delayed. Upon her arrival he saw the heavy dress she was wearing and jumped out of the car and assisted her into the car. As soon as we seated he offered cold water and was so conversational to our destination. His service was the BEST I have ever received from a car service. 2nd to NONE. The name goes well with the cars they provide, luxury cars with free bottles of water and mints! Great car service! Steve and all the drivers are extremely reliable and professional. The cars/SUVs are clean and spacious. Prices are reasonable.
