Terrible service. Waited over an hour for pizza forgot to make one. Were not apologetic nor appreciative for business during these tough times. I miss you!!! Hehe, I finally checked out New York Pizza and Pasta and it’s a yes for me! I ate three different pizzas and my favorite was the one I ate That margarita pizza with the fresh basil and tomato though The bartender, Sean made me a lovely rum concoction that Is now one of my new faves and I’m ready to go back! Thank you for taking amazing precautions with COVID safety with the touch less temp checks, hand sanitizer and for offering face masks! Great pizza, great people and lots of good vibes! Coming back soon and you should too. one more thing, because this means a lot to me, these guys actually give back a lot to our community and healthcare workers dealing with this pandemic rn giving free pizza to them (and not a lil’ but a lot) so this spot is so worth supporting! We had found this restaurant and I really liked the pizza a lot. We order pizza at least once a week . I called tonight to order take out and the girl was so rude to me on the phone that I literally told her that I was going to order from somewhere else and a hung up . They just lost my business .

I have been here many times. Last night was not so good. The food was good but service was not. My wife got her food and I ate bread. I ordered Lasagna but it didn't come until after she was done eating. I was offered a free dessert. I don't eat dessert. I will go back . Maybe they are just getting back in the swing of things. I ordered a pizza for delivery and when I got the pizza it was burnt. I called and they said they will send another one in 20 mins. 1 hour and half later still no pizza. Food is always great.. Definitely areas that need improvement how hard is it to have the manager walk around and check on customers. I’ve gone there a couple of times and suffered, it seems like the hostess station has no clue what’s going on.
