Katie West was amazing and extremely professional. I was able to text her whenever I needed her, and she even came to my house to meet with me once a month, which was super easy on me! She was affordable and she really showed her strength on the wedding day as she was at my beck and call and doing everything she could to keep me from being stressed and allowing everything to go according to plan. Katie West from New Orleans Wedding Experience was the best! She really helped us with some non-responsive vendors from the beginning of finding a venue through our entire wedding day. She also visited some sites while I was planning my wedding from another city. I didn't stress at all my day-of - she made sure I had snacks and a special champagne because I wasn't drinking. We had our wedding this past weekend and Katie was AWESOME to work with! We had initially thought we could plan it all by ourselves, but that was a huge miscalculation, and when we found Katie, we breathed a sigh of relief! She immediately understood what we were looking for and actually listened to what we wanted (which was *not* a traditional wedding), and never tried to push us on anything. We hired her for partial planning/consultation services, and she went above and beyond with planning with us, even helping us take care of our dog after the wedding so that we could go out on the town! She was very knowledgable about New Orleans and gave some great suggestions for places to go out and hold our reception/welcome party. She was very communicative and responsive.
