Jeff is a fantastic counselor! I have been seeing Jeff for about 1.5 years now for my struggle with anxiety/depression that stems from the legalistic household that I grew up in as a child. It has been quite an uphill battle throughout my life, but receiving counseling from Jeff has helped me immensely in my struggle to find peace and to understand the grace of Jesus Christ. Since seeing Jeff, my mental health has improved immensely and I am no longer in need of my depression medication.
