Nelly and her team take every effort to learn about your wedding, and vision, asking the questions that matter. Each dress that is pulled is within your budget, so you know when you find your dress that you're going to say YES! There is a wide selection of styles and cuts, and the best part is that there are sizes for EVERYONE! Nelly makes it priority to be inclusive of all sizes and shapes for the SAMPLES she has IN STOCK. This is so important to me, as a woman who has curves. She was able to order my dress and knew exactly how the maker would order, taking my measurements, and working with me to purchase the right size. I love walking into this shop! Nelly called me immediately when my dress arrived, and I was able to get in the next day to try it on! And it was perfect because I didn't need major alterations! Shopping for a wedding dress can be a difficult experience unless you're at Nelly's.  After going to four bridal boutiques, Nelly's was the only one that made me feel relaxed, completely heard and not rushed.  Nelly and her team allowed me to try on dresses to really figure out what I liked.  I heard her say many times, since you're hear, let's take the time to try on as many as you need to figure it out.  Nelly's has a wide selection of designers, every fit you can imagine and the patience for any bride. I had a wonderful experience with Nelly's Bridal Boutique. I ordered my wedding gown and veil through them as well as bridesmaids dresses.  Everyone was patient and truly helpful during this entire process. I did not feel any pressure to purchase at all during my visits and instead felt like I was part of the family. I visited the boutique several times with my family and friends and spent hours and hours and hours looking for the perfect dress. Patty, Nelly and Hilda were extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me to find a dress I truly loved. I altered my dress adding sleeves for modesty for my church ceremony and they helped me order additional material for alterations. Nelly's Bridal Boutique was my third wedding dress boutique stop and where I found my dress! Nelly's Boutique had a huge selection of wedding dress designers and price points. I told Nelly the style I was looking for and during the 1-hour appointment I must have tried on 10+ wedding dresses, all recommended by her based on her understanding of what I wanted. During the process, she constantly asks for feedback on my thoughts on the dress I just tried on, so she could refine on what she would suggest next. Unless you are size ~6-10, the sample dress will rarely be in your size no matter which bridal boutique you go to. I'm very petite so all sample wedding dresses I tried on were huge on me. I can't begin to express how amazing Nelly and her team--including sweet Hilda--are thank God! From my first phone call with Nelly she was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly "on my side. " I could tell that she genuinely wanted me to find my perfect dress and that she would do her best to make that happen by God's leave. Throughout the entire process she kept me updated with my order and when it came to trying on the dress at the boutique, the experience was perfect! Everyone was so sweet and encouraging, making the entire visit one to remember. I ended up finding "the one" there and it was such a surreal experience, but a beautiful one! I just picked up my beautiful wedding dress from Nelly's yesterday and was sad to realize it would probably be my last visit! Hilda and Nelly were so much fun to work with as I selected and purchased my dress. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses... I went to 5 places and found mine here! What a wonderful shop! This is a family-owned bridal boutique. Nelly has decades of experience and she truly cares for her customers. I came here for bridesmaid dresses and was greeted by Nelly herself. She was very attentive during the entire appointment and all my bridesmaids enjoyed working with her. There are a wide variety of styles available in various colors -- they probably have the biggest collection of bridesmaid dresses in the area. While I was deciding between dresses, Nelly and her staff were super helpful when I called them with more questions and even sent me more pictures to help with my decision. Nelly and her girls are amazing! I went in multiple times tried on multiple dresses with all my bridesmaids and had multiple opinions and not once did I get bad service. What can I say... I had the absolute best experience while shopping for my wedding dress at Nelly's Bridal Boutique! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with warm smiles by Nelly and her staff! When it came time to trying on dresses, Nelly and Patty knew exactly what I was looking for. Patty helped to get me in and out of the dresses and made me feel so comfortable! I really felt like I was being helped by a friend. My appointment ran almost 3 hours long and I never once felt rushed or pressured into trying on something I didn't like. Nelly and her team are ROCKSTARS. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this shop. She has a great selection of wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, and accessories. I worked with both Nelly and Patty. I was so impressed by the attention I was given from the second I walked in the door. Patty pulled dresses I never even thought I would glance at and ended up purchasing a style I said that I would "never wear." I bought my wedding dress from Nelly's last summer, and the service was so amazing, it's worth a Yelp review months later (I am not a frequent Yelp reviewer). Making an appointment over the phone was so easy. When I got into the store there were a few other girls being helped so I was able to scope out some dresses I liked. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but had a few brands in mind I liked (and Nelly's had them all). Hilda helped me try on all my dresses and she was amazing. She was honest, sweet, and didn't rush me at all. Even when I thought the dress was "the one" she didn't rush me into anything. And the dress was just what I wanted to pay! This is an amazing group of women. They are warm, kind, honest and a pleasure to work with. They made me feel at ease throughout the whole dress buying process. I went to them at the start of my search and learned that if I found a dress they didn't carry but was by a designer they sell they could likely order it for me to try on. subsequently I went to many other bridal boutiques and had both good and not so good experiences. I went back to Nelly's in the end because I decided I wanted to buy a dress from a place that treated me like a person not somewhere that pressured me and made me feel like they were just trying to make a sale. I ended up ordering my dress through them and I am so happy I did.Hilda and Nelly went above and beyond for me through the whole process. I can't remember the name of the person who helped me, but she was amazing! I visited Nelly's twice and I ended up purchasing the very first dress I tried on! This was the first (of just two) bridal boutique I shopped at and I felt taken care of from start to finish. I never felt rushed even after I tried on the same dress at least 4-5 times before I said YES. My husband and I had a nearly two-year engagement but I put off dress shopping until just a little over 9-weeks before the wedding. Luckily the sample dress they had fit me almost perfectly from the start, just needed the bust adjusted and the hem shortened. It was a little hard to look through the racks as they were bursting with dresses, but they didn't mind my bridal party and I digging through them to find ones for me to try on. Nelly and her staff are an amazing group of girls! I said Yes! and you should too!I found them through word of mouth and my gosh, right from the start they were so gracious and knowledgeable. I booked an appointment over the phone and got to speak to Nelly herself and she just makes you feel like home, immediately I knew the appointment was going to be everything and more. I brought my sisters and maid of honor to the appointment, Hilda and Nelly greeted us and brought us to our room which felt like VIP status. Nelly asked me about my engagement, my love story, and even got to know my sisters and MOH. I really appreciate the time she took to get to know us even before bringing out the dresses. I could tell she genuinely cared about her customers and wanted to help me find the perfect dress for my dream wedding. Alright now on to the dress shopping, I let them know I wanted something with lace on top and simple on the bottom, they brought out 5 to 7 selections that fit my style. Hilda and Nelly help me in and out of the dresses -- and thank god because it was my first time dress shopping so I clearly did not know what to do LOL. I tried on a few dresses and they let me take my time walking around the store and trying on a bunch of veils to go with it. I kept chatting with Nelly about what I liked and didn't like about the dresses I tried on and after seeing what looked on me, Nelly ran over to the back to grab a dress that just came in as a sample shipment from Mikaella Bridal Collection. I fell in love with the dress and it fit me perfectly so I knew it had to be the ONE and, of course I said YES!Overall, it was the most pleasant experience! I went all over the place looking for a wedding dress and Nelly's Bridal Boutique is best shop around! The store is clean and bright with a huge selection of dresses. They have everything and the staff is wonderful. My bridal party is back on the east coast so I was shopping alone but the folks at Nelly's made me feel right at home. They helped arrange and photograph the dresses for me so I could see them from all angles to really figure out what looked good. I had a delightful experience - this boutique really is superb. An absolutely amazing experience. Nelly was fabulous. She knew her dresses, had an incredible selection, and quickly got to know my style. She made the process fun and relaxed. Didn't rush me in any way. Brought out everything under my price point and never tried to upsale me. Pointed out ideas to alter some of the dresses that i never would have thought of. Found my dress with her that has "me" all over it (and looks perfect with my wedding cowboy boots that i had brought with me) and I'm so excited for my wedding day. I had previously tried dresses at a swanky, bridal boutique but Nelly's expert eye and sense of fashion, along with her selection of dresses and warm attitude truly blew me away. I didn't realize wedding dresses were usually found 8+ months in advance until 7 months prior to my wedding. So in one week I hit up 5 bridal boutiques including Trudy's, BHLDN, Glamour Closet, Novella, and lastly Nelly's. Half the bridal boutiques pulled dresses exceeding my clearly stated $1500 budget. One place let me fall for a $2300 dress before telling me the price tag. What a cruel move!By the time I arrived at Nelly's, I was convinced I'd end up spending at least $1800 to find something I was satisfied with. My consultant only picked out dresses within my budget, including a few I happened to already try on at Trudy's (but were cheaper at Nelly's). Finally I tried on a style I hadn't tried anywhere else. It was a Mori Lee with a deep V-neck, sheer, sparkly, and lacy up top, curve hugging and smooth on the bottom with a small train. It also came with an optional nude corset with snap attachments along the inside edges of the deep V-neck (which I ended up using). I loved the dress and my bridesmaid pointed out a $639 price tag on it. We thought it was the price of the sample. Nope, that was the price of the dress ordered brand new.The dress arrived within 4 months, giving me ample time for minor alterations. Hilda and Nelly are wonderful! They helped me order the perfect wedding dress and I am so happy I bought the dress here. I went to 3 other stores prior and just didn't find the right dress or one that was in the price range I was hoping for. I paid for rush shipping and the dress arrived late from the manufacturer, which was stressful. Besides that everything else was perfect and I love my wedding dress.I really liked working with Hilda, she gave me great advice and was very sweet. I had to go alone because my bridesmaids are pretty far away, but Nelly was so nice that I felt confident making the final decision with her.They also have simple reception dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. There is a public parking lot across the street and I never had trouble finding a spot.I wasn't crazy about the recommended seamstress Linda at Bridgette Cleaners so I didn't use her. My experience at Nelly's was phenomenal! My appointment was on Saturday in mid-July. Peak wedding season so I was unsure if I would find something that was within budget, within season and I was kinda unsure if my consultant would be helpful. Boy, was I impressed and blown away!Nelly (and her team) is an amazing, friendly, and catering guide through the bridal dress choosing process! It's such an important item to purchase and she helped me in many ways to really narrow down what type of dress I wanted for my special day and I couldn't have asked for a more professional, passionate and lovely expert! While her store is big and she has a ton of selection and designers to choose from, she really got to know me and asked me every step of the way how I felt in the dresses, what I loved/hated (did I like the color, did I like the length or the trim) and that type of customer support made me feel heard. She was like my subconscious, getting me to really think deep down what I wanted, and I am so so so grateful for that! Her selection is top notch, her customer service is excellent and her ability to show that she cares about your wedding day and how you as a bride feels is uncanny! Can I just say, this is the best place ever. This day is meant to be a day you remember for the rest of your life; picking your wedding dress! Me personally, I picked a wedding dress online, called them and requested they find it. And guess what?! They found it! Not only did the owner find my dress, she had to call the designer warehouse and demand they send it to me! Why? There's different meanings behind the words "customer service" some do it for the pay and some do it for the passion. This boutique definitely does it for the passion. Nelly, Patty and their staff made me feel so comfortable I almost felt like I knew them forever! Patty helped me out and she definitely knows what she's doing. I told her what I was looking for so she picked out a few dresses for me to try on. The very first dress I tried on I fell in LOVE! It was EVERYTHING I was looking! I highly recommend Nelly's boutique!! I had an appointment there this past Saturday with two of my bridesmaids & Nelly herself was my stylist! ! She was super fun to work with, kind and very helpful in trying to find the dresses that I liked best for my body! She knows the designers that she carries very well & can answer questions quickly about specific fit, features and materials used. Her crew was efficient and responsive to everything we needed.  We brought our own champagne & Nelly supplied the champagne glasses for us!!!!  They even rolled out cheese & crackers for us.  The space in the store is setup well to allow for 2 bridal parties to have plenty of room to try on, walk around for videos and see yourself in large mirrors. Great natural lighting, which is often missing at other shops!! I can't say enough about how warm and hospitable Nelly herself was! I was at Nelly's to look for a dress for our daughter's Quince. Nelly has beautiful dresses up to date from the most popular labels.  Her staff was extremely helpful, understanding and welcoming. There many customers trying on dresses and everyone was very nice, despite how busy the store was. My daughter tried a number of dresses and was able to find the dress of her dreams!  Unfortunately, our family decided to have a small celebration instead and the dress was no longer needed. I am so happy I bought my wedding dress from Nelly's Boutique! I had put off dress shopping for months since I wasn't thrilled about choosing a dress as a plus size bride. I had even purchased two wedding dresses online that I liked but did not love. So I randomly called Nelly's Bridal Boutique on a Saturday morning and asked if they had any appointments. To my surprise, they told me to come in later that day and I ended up finding my dress! Nelly met with me for a 1 1/2hr appointment, she asked me for photos of what I liked, so she could sense the style and theme of my wedding. She immediately pulled a beautiful Morilee bridal gown from the rack and told me excitedly it was brand new to the store. She looked at my body and said she thought it could possibly be the one. She additionally chose 3-4 other dresses and I proceeded to try them on. The first dress I tried on, the Morilee gown Nelly first selected, ended up being my wedding dress! I tried on 4 other dresses that day but none compared to that first dress. I also tried on 6 more dresses at another bridal place and those dresses still did not compare in quality and craftsmanship to the Morilee gown. I ended up buying my gown, wedding belt, and veil at Nelly's Bridal. A few months later, I returned with my maid of honor and we bought her dress there as well. Hilda was so wonderful! I didn't purchase my dress yet but I was in yesterday and had to write a review. The service I got was wonderful. Hilda, the store manager helped me and she was super kind, patient and flexible. I didn't feel rushed or pressured- she was a wonderful energy to balance out the group I had brought with me ;).
