Joanna is unlike any interview coach I have had before, the approach she has to her clients was something to admire, and I looked and researched a few interview coaches before I decided to go with Negotiation Geek. Joanna has experience working HR in a Fortune 500 company, offers great advice, and she puts forth the most solid effort I have ever seen from a career coach in getting to know her clients’ needs before a session is established. This isn’t a cookie cutter coaching session, I was very impressed when she helped me prep for an interview for a Fortune 500 company, she reached out to her network who worked for the company to give me advice on the hiring process, taught me how to search for clues in the job posting, and asked me some very tough questions in our mock interview session. As a result of her game planning and the preparation skills it left me, I was well prepared for the interview, and it wasn’t nearly as hard as my mock interview with Negotiation Geek. I would recommend Joanna again and again to anyone who needs to prepare for an interview, and her salary negotiation skills are top notch and have helped me establish a better salary for the jobs I have been interviewing for.
