At 70 years old I’m facing a number of changes bringing up questions I needed to discuss with someone outside my family and friends. Recently widowed I’ve been asked to return to work part time with a company I helped found in 2001 and from which I retired in 2019. My fear is that I might not be able to live up to their expectations and not provide value. Much of the feedback from family and associates is filtered through rose colored glasses.
Through insightful questions Steve helped me understand that this transition isn’t as threatening as I was imagining and that if I ignore the ego factor there was nothing to lose

Before I started working with Steve I didn’t have much direction or focus in life.
After a few months of his coaching I was able to prioritize my time for work, study and enjoy my friends and family. I learned what was truly important in life for me, and most importantly, knowing what is important for me isn’t the same as it is for everyone else.
