Absolutely the best experience ever. My long ivory shag carpet was beaten by traffic flow and now looks good as new. Team was extremely professional and lovely- the actual developers of the technology did the work. Brian and John are the best! There is no chemical smell to cause my usual asthma trigger- I actually stopped having it cleaned for two years because the chemicals from other cleaning companies made me sick. Just had the most amazing experience. My long pile ivory shag carpet was really showing wear. I was concerned I might have to replace it for a significant investment. I had it cleaned before and the chemicals made me sick for three days so I stopped for the past couple years. So happy I found Brian and John, who developed the green cleaning process they use, and do the work themselves!They came this morning and cleaned it with no chemicals. The carpet is so clean it nearly sparkles! I haven't seen it look this good in years and I no longer feel I need to replace it. Cleaner than the chemicals! Added bonus is their incredible professionalism and general loveliness. They are simply wonderful and a joy to have in my home. I love supporting great small businesses, and this is one you can count on! Bryan came out to clean my bedroom carpets and linen drapes and did a fantastic job. Not only was Bryan nice and on time, but he was very honest about what he would be able to do (the bottom of the drapes was damaged and he was up front that he would not be able to fix it with cleaning). Really good, on time ... service guy worked hard, very nice. Drying time was fast & no smells; not even the doggy smell we'd have leftover when we used other carpet services. Pricey, but worth it.

We have a dog, two cats, and two kids -- our carpets are a mess! We have used Bryan and his team to clean our carpets and area rugs many times, and they always come out looking brand new. I highly recommend Naturally Green, I had searched and searched for the right carpet cleaning company, and am happy to report that they will always have my business. I have 4 beloved rescue dogs and my carpets needed a really good cleaning. Bryan is very professional and reliable--he created his own non-toxic cleaning products which left my carpets super clean. I had tried Stanley Steamer before and was not impressed. Naturally Green also offers reasonable rates--I was so pleased with my carpets I had them clean my bathroom tiles/grout as well, and my bathrooms look and feel so much cleaner now. I had another great cleaning experience with John and Bryan! Carpet was a real mess, lots of spills from grandkids, now looking fabulous and it was dry when they left ! Stains gone, Yay! Such a pleasure after a miserable experience with COIT, two months ago! COIT "cleaned" carpet, stains re-appeared in less than a week , took two days for carpet to dry completely! Bryan's services are great! He cleaned a spot that NO ONE could get and had had me wondering whether I ought to just replace the carpet. It was low water and the carpet looks new. Even two months later it still looks excellent. I'm going to make this an annual or twice yearly service... I am pleased and it's super affordable.My friend always used to say that cleaning the floor is the best way to change the look and feel of an environment. She is correct!While he was here, Bryan also cleaned my heater and the air vent in the bathroom. I have been struggling to find an eco-friendly carpet cleaner and Bryan was fantastic! I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling. He gave me a call the day before to let me know he would be 1/2 hour late (most other places give a 2-hour window and you never know when they'll show up). He was right on time and very professional. He cleaned my rug and my outdoor furniture faster than he estimated and it was very reasonably priced! Naturally Green Carpet Cleaners are the best you can find! Bryan is very professional and thorough, also very attentive and kind, he takes his time and leaves our carpets spotless. He has developed a unique, green formula that works wonderfully. With previous cleaners we could never get rid of all the stains and the stains would resurfaced after a couple of days. This review is waaaayyyy overdue. I called Bryan early in the summer, and he drove to downtown to clean our very stained front entry carpet. Our carpet is a light, almost white color and the area's heavy foot traffic had definitely done some damage. I really didn't think we could get the stains out but Bryan worked his magic! Once he was done using a non-toxic cleaning solution, the area looked brand new. His customer service is absolutely impeccable and he is very passionate about using echo-friendly products. I had used coupons for carpet cleaning in the past and was very disappointed at the results. I was told spots couldn't be removed, and many spots returned within a few days. Ugh! Even though the prices were low, it definitely was not money well-spent.Bryan at Naturally Green is by far the most dedicated professional I have encountered. My 12-year-old carpet was SPOTLESS, and better yet, stayed that way for months after cleaning. He even left me some cleaning solution for spot clean ups. The work was thorough, they were punctual, and the carpet was mostly dry in about 3 hours. And the price was right! I have used Bryan for my carpet cleaning for the past four years. His products are natural and my home is left with almost no odor. Bryan is extremely punctual, diligent and is a genuinely good man.
