I would be very interested to read the negative review that is mentioned by someone that is no longer posted to judge for myself!

I think people who had a bad experience jumped to conclusions without addressing their concerns with the company.  They bent over backwards to make this as easy as possible for us.  When there was a concern about something, I called and they explained what they'd done and immediately resolved our problem.  They exceeded our expectations, especially considering how much money they saved us vs. going to an attorney. I think I saved quite a bit money using NAFS instead of private attorney for my trust.  They have been very professional and follow up is always good  (and, yes, the people who actually do the documents are indeed attorneys. )   You do have to do a certain amount of leg-work, such as filing a trust dee, but they gave clear instructions and tips. I also supplied my own witness when I met with the notary to save a few bucks.  They addressed my concerns and questions at the seminar I went to at a local restaurant, but there was a bit of a hard sell - they promise a discount if you sign right then and there.  But I was ready to.  No complaints here.
