Nathan has done two photography events for my family. My wedding in October 2011 and my mother’s 90th birthday 2014. His prices are extremely reasonable and the quality of photography is fantastic. He was unobtrusive during the wedding and reception, and yet he captured seemingly every special moment. For mom’s birthday, he was dedicated to getting every picture we requested. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
One that makes your customer stop scrolling and the image is responsible for calling them to action and taking the next step to buying your listing.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Open dialog from the initial contact is important to a successful project. Each client I have I treat equally and success of their project is a success for me so I try to communicate any issues or questions as needed.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the feedback I receive that a property was purchased based on the photos I took. That is always a great feeling. Also, I've heard from sellers that after seeing the photos they don't want to sell the house!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like being in control of my work, in that I can work hard for myself and see the immediate benefits, whereas working for someone else you can put forth the same effort and get no where and the whole company could fail or you're not appreciated. So if you push hard and work for your own success, failure isn't an option.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a quick turnaround and value communication. I treat every client the same and try to be a seamless piece of the puzzle and supply a product that will benefit every one involved.
