Nancy Sungyun

I was in a pretty dark place when I reached out Nancy. I was facing unemployment, intimacy issues and feeling depressed. All my life I have struggled with feeling "not good enough" in every facet of my life and I wanted so desperately to stop living my life like a passenger and become the driver of my destiny . Nancy challenged me to see myself with a level of clarity that I had never encountered, not even with the past psychologists I had seen on and off over the past 20 years. She was there when I was cycling in and out of my depression and she helped me to face my fears and insecurities. She helped me to see that everything that happens, good and bad, is taking me where I need to go. The obstacles that I have battled have actually fueled by growth and many of my successes. I have learned how to be more fluid in my actions and face my day with courage and conviction. I am still dealing with some low points in my life but Nancy is helping me to see the light at the end of this dark tunnel and actually, the tunnel isn't really dark anymore, it's just a dimly lit pathway that is getting brighter and brighter each day.
