Jenny and Arkin are a wonderful family that cares deeply for their animals and is very knowledgeable about dog training and behavior. Due to my job I was out of town for two weeks at a time for about 5 months. Jenny and Arkin graciously took my dog Beauty in to their home and treated her as part of the family. Every time I saw Beauty in pictures of videos she was happy and healthy and engaging well with the family. Jenny does a great job of being leader of the pack and allowing each dogs personality to be expressed.

Jenny was such a good trainer for our pup, Noodle, and I could tell he was so loved while spending the week with her and her family! When we came to pick him up, we were shocked at how much better behaved he was. We have been continuing the training that Jenny has taught us, and Noodle has improved every day! Putting our puppy in Jenny's 2-week program was the best decision we made. The program helped build the perfect foundation for a well-balanced, well-behaved dog. We've been able to incorporate everything he learned with Jenny at home, and with the basics down, it's been easy to expand and teach him new things. Jenny was amazing, she helped our youngest dog with her fear an anxiety. She also worked with both of our dogs together due to some additional challenges related to anxiety and it has made all the difference in the world for them and us! Wish I’d make the decision to train with MyPack Dog Training sooner! Jenny and Arkin are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Jenny was really great at helping train us as owners too so that skills didn’t revert back. The results have been amazing. When Jenny can train a 130 pound Newfie to be walked by a toddler you know you are working with a dog whisperer.

It’s clear that they truly love their work and love animals and I felt really confident and comfortable boarding my pet for training. Also very affordable and I like her techniques and mindset over other places I researched.

Arkin was very responsive on helping us figure out everything we needed to get done for Nala’s(our puppy) train and board while also sending us videos of her progress. Jenny did a great job with positive reinforcement and showing us how we can continue to help Nala progress with all the training. Jenny and Arkin have been fantastic to work with from the start. Our start time for boarding and training was delayed as Jenny was sick on our scheduled drop off day. A few days later, once Jenny was well, she and Arkin went above and beyond and drove to our home to pick up our puppy to take him home with them to begin training. They spent time in our home to learn about us, our puppy and what we hoped to achieve. During the week of training, Jenny updated us with texts and videos as to our puppie’s progress. When we went to pick him up at the completion of his time, Jenny spent considerable time walking us through all we needed to know to continue our puppies progress and success at home. Jenny has also been helpful & responsive to follow up texts when I have questions. She and her family were wonderful to work with and we are now enjoying our puppy significantly more. We took our 3 month old Border-poodle to Jenny and Arkin’s home for MyPack’s board and train program. From the first phone call, to the final pickup, we felt like we were working with family! Jenny was very accommodating and hospitable; and not to mention extremely knowledgeable and professional when it came to training. Our puppy (Isha) learned many basic commands and self-calming strategies within this short period of time. Most importantly, Jenny prepped my girlfriend and I with all the right tools to be the best owners/parents we could be. Anyone that is looking to provide their dog with some structure, and learn how to maintain that structure in their home is a good fit for MyPack. More often than not, a bad owner is the cause of unwanted behaviors in dogs, and Jenny helped us see this before and after we joined their program. Our puppy was treated like family in their family home. I will never go to another trainer. Jenny also a deep understanding of behavioral science and implements different methods and theories in her work. Anyone looking at providing training and get trained themselves should look no further. Easily the best trainer in Salt Lake and surrounding areas!

Jenny has done puppy training for me for a couple of my puppies. Her home is clean and cared for. I love that she has her kids involved in socializing them. She has a good setup in her home for training the puppies. After spending some time with Jenny, the puppies have been potty trained, learned boundaries, and appropriate play with their humans. Before, my german shepherd Husky mix was 70 lbs of energy and chaos. He destroyed three dog beds in a month, tore through crate covers, and barked nonstop early in the morning. After just the week of boarding and training, he is a wonderful pack mate! My fiancé and I have really enjoyed having a trained dog in the house! It was definitely worth it! They taught us a few basic commands and practices to keep up, and it was all very enlightening. I cannot recommend this place enough!
