What’s your signature dish?
Fried chicken wings or Deep fried fish. With Mac & Cheese + Collard greens with our home aid honey butter cornbread!!!!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We talk on the phone and go over the menu according to your needs. From there we create something for your needs. And strive for perfection.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that we have the ability and opportunity to WOW our customers every day. I love the customer feedback and their loyalty. I love the fresh food that the chef and his team prepares every day. Oh and I love to create job opportunities and invest in my community.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There was no soul food restraunt in my city and the time was now to change that. Also my wife and I set on our journey to create better Opportunities in our city.
