What do you love most about your job?
I love to help people meet their goals and see their improvements and witness their fitness achievements. I love meeting and getting to know all the different personalities, different cultural backgrounds and in some cases making life long friends!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help and inspire people to be fitter and stronger than they ever thought they could be. I want them to see in themselves what I see in them. There is a little athlete in all of us. A better version of ourselves just under the surface. Someone once did that for me. I thought I was an average runner. But someone once said to me that was I capable of running marathons...I thought he was crazy... 3 Years later I ran my first of five marathons and countless half-marathons and 10k runs.

They should hire me because I will work diligently to help them find their way to a better balanced life. A life with more fulfillment, confidence and good health, not just on a physical level but emotional and mental. I will be their biggest cheerleader and strongest accountability coach.

Personal Training
I will develop an exercise program to suit your needs and goals. I will guide you thru the exercise and correct when needed and encourage always. I also offer a 15 minute life coaching discussion at the end of each session to address issues such as:
