Stop working for fraudsters ! I am Putting this review to save others from Sashi and his 'Packers&Movers' company (The fraudster) & you should remove your page link from their website. when i clicked on their FB handle on website, it directed me here. so, putting review here so, I could save others. Yesterday, I spoke to shashi from http://www.shreeshyampackersandmovers.in And booked a service as I need to shift home latest by today I.e 31-march-2021. He clearly mentioned and give me an assurance that his people will be here by 11am as his office is near to my location I.e Gaur city 1, Greater noida. I requested him to send the truck by 9am but he said that 17-feet trucks need special permission and can not enter before 10am. So, his people would be at my place (Awho twin tower, Greater Noida) latest by 11am. I called him at 11am, asking where is the truck? He said truck will take maximum one hour. Whereby I stated him that we have to shift before 5pm as shifting is not allowed after 5pm. He said he will send 2 extra people to compensate the time. I again called him at 12pm, He said labour is having lunch so, will take 1 more hour. I was like okay let them have. I called him at 1pm, this was my third call and he gave me driver's no to speak directly. I spoke to his driver, he said tyre got punctured. I was like okay, can happen. Waited for 2 more hours, it was 3:30 pm now I called his driver asking where is he? This driver tried to fool me asking for money. I said I have already given advance and will give rest once you are here. He did not turn up and later sashi stopped taking calls. To conclude, never ever book their service. NEVER NEVER. 😡 More...

There are too many issues to list them all here. It is way too complicated to edit a page. Everything is too spread out and you can't figure which parameter affects what, the documentation is nonn existent, looking at the source generated doesn't help either, there is no support unless you pay for it which is I guess the business. Make it unusable and force people to pay for assistance. More...

I could not find where the problem was and even though my support had expired, they helped me very quickly, friendly and efficient. I purchased a newer Ancora theme for my business and it is pretty complex. As the business owner I have needed to feel empowered to go in on my own to work on updates. I purchased a yearlong support package and it was the best decision I've ever made with my site. I've used a lot of themes on Themeforest and have to say, Ancora Themes has offered the best support that I have experienced there. My most recent experience with a client site was with Cole Sanders. He was super quick to respond and provided responses that were clear and concise. One thing that I didn't understand how to fix myself, he went in and did it for me. His quick response and the ease of use of the theme allowed me to get my client's site up in under two weeks. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but about some of the negative comments I read here, make me think that we are certainly not talking about the same company. I work in my organization with the Insurel theme. And by my experience, I can say that the theme is highly customizable in a very simple and intuitive way, and nothing at all complex. It has a set of features after realizing how it works become powerful tools. In addition to all this, it has a support team that responds in 24h, with clarity and simplicity.
