First I booked the appointment and received a text confirming it. In our messages, I mentioned I have never been there and that I was refered by a friend. A few mins later I received another message asking for me to push the appointment back 30 mins. The appointment was made to have Tracy help me out. When I arrived at my time slot requested, the receptionist had 2 other people come to her desk. The 3 of them kept pointing to her computer, look at me and then whisper. Point at her computer, look at me, whisper. This went on for almost 2 mins. I was about to walk out due to that awkwardness alone. Right when I was going to turn to leave, one of the 3 who were whispering about me came up and asked if I was getting a fill with gel. Answered yes. She then pointed to where I could pick out my color. She also told me she was running behind and Anthony was going to help me out ( guessing she was Tracy). She also told him then I was referred. When I found out he was my tech, at the time I thought what great luck as my friend who referred me told me to book with him. But after my experience with him, I do not and can not understand how anyone would refer him or this establishment. He barely spoke a word to me which is normally alright, but almost not a word to me. He verified the colors I wanted with me and the rest of the time was cricket cricket. He didnt even ask me who refered me (never gave my friends name as I wanted to see myself how the experience would go.) But he had no problem whispering about me to his coworkers. Basically the only time he spoke to me was to asked if I wanted something to drink. I asked for water. When the receptionist delivered the water it was an open cup that was set next to all the nail tools used to removed the salicylic poilsh and other acrylic material. After Anthony used the big makeup brush to cleannoff the dust from the drumel, when he put the brush back into its home all the dust from the brush went right into the cup. Why isn't a geriatric brand of BOTTLED water given to the customers? You know to keep dust or whatever is being stirred up from everyone nails being done around you. When my nails were done, 3 people got together to continue whispering about me as I was in line to check our. 2 were Anthony and the receptionist. The 3rd lady was someone new. After almost a min of them whispering, the receptionist said 50$. I paid and left. No one said have a good day or thank you. Nothing at all. Anthony didnt even ask if I liked them. When I got in the car, my cuticles were red and inflamed. My pinky was bleeding a little for how rough Anthony was using the nail buffer across my fingers instead of my nails. My opinion, go anywhere else but here. You won't walk out feeling happy you gave them you money and self conscious. When I shared my experience with my referral friend, she was shocked how it went. So what was it about me that made them treat me terribly?? I guess I'll never know as I won't go back as I wasn't welcomed from the minute I walked in. More...

Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I went in for a fill and asked for nude to black ombré nails. Showed a picture when I got there and they said they couldn’t do that. I said “fine, let’s just do solid black then” and then when we got past removing my current polish (matte black” she said that we could do the ombré. I ended up with pink to white ombré nails and despite me mentioning that was NOT what I asked for or anything similar to the picture I showed, they refused a refund and made me wait over 30 minutes to speak with the owner who offered to fix my nails. I reluctantly agreed because I did not want to ever reschedule to go back and my nails look like silly putty and sharpie. I was also blamed for receiving something completely different than I asked for because I brought my daughter to get her nails done for the first 20 mins and then she was picked up. She wasn’t even there still at the point where the nail tech strayed from the plan and snapped at my for asking for her to fix the shape.
No one here knows what they are doing and they don’t care about customers “leaving with nails looking elegant and making you feel rejuvenated” as their website says
