Museum Tower is a great place to live! We are extemely satisfied with our new home. Living here is definitely an experience. Antoinne was very helpful finding the perfect apartment. Antoinne was very informative, professional and very helpful as well as Lauren and Acacia. As a team, all were attentive to our needs and desire of place/ view/ setting/ layout to live in. I recently toured the Museum Tower with my friend, who was looking to lease an apartment. However, I fell in love with the building and have decided to move in after my current lease expires. Acacia was the leasing specialist who assisted us during the tour. She has an awesome personality, and she is very professional. She thoroughly answered all of our questions. I just spoke with Laura on the phone and she was so friendly and absolutely professional. I called a luxury apartment just before calling Museum Tower, and their staff was so rude that they didn't even say hello or give me any information. Laura made me feel welcomed and even tried to help me book a tour. She explained Charlotte and this luxury apartment building pretty well since I don't live in North Carolina. If you are new to the Charlotte Area, and are looking for a place to call home, look no further than Museum Tower. The team here is incredibly supportive and insist on providing the absolute best service. My leasing agent was Whitney Wheeler, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had a seamless application, approval, and move-in process. Most importantly, the community, amenities, and luxury of this place are out of this world. I know nothing about living here. All I know is what I learned from working several events with KRE8 Experiences catering in the top floor's massive, sumptuous community space. Inside, there are numerous large-screen TV's, as well as numerous music streaming services connected to magnificent speakers. The place has a huge fireplace, astonishing views on all of Uptown Charlotte, a game room with pool tables and an extraordinary wooden table carved from one single tree. AND, outside, they have a heated pool, wonderful sundeck and more lounge chairs than I could count. (at least 21, in other words). If I lived there, I doubt I'd ever see the inside of my place as all my time would be spent on the top floor. More...
