I have been training with Sophia for over a year and it has totally transformed how I feel about my body. More than just a physical workout (which it definitely is) Sophia has brought awareness of how I use my body because she’s super knowledgeable. Further, she is able to read my progress specially so she can challenge me just enough each workout. My mental health has also significantly improved because of our workouts! Yes, we can do Zoom sessions if preferred by the client.

I am fully vaccinated and tested regularly. I either train clients outside or wear a mask when inside. If the client is fully vaccinated they can choose to wear their mask or not. All equipment is wiped down and cleaned after every session.


Personal Training sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. These sessions can range from body weight workouts, alignment awareness, core/abdominal training, weight lifting, or high intensity cardio training. The first session consists of a meeting with the trainer to assess the needs of the client and their current fitness levels. Measurements and photographs can be taken at that time to help document the process.
Other additional services can include a meal plan, stretching regimen, and mindset prompts.
Each session is 45 minutes long and includes a 30 minute workout and 15 minutes of discussion.

These sessions focus on flexibility, toning, breath, and guided meditation. They are tailored to the individual to access each client's individual ability based on their current fitness level. We work on stretching all of the major muscles of the body, toning arms, legs, and core, as well as bringing breath and mindfulness into our practice.
Each session is 45 minutes long and includes a 30 minute yoga flow and 15 minutes of meditation/breathing exercises.

This session specifically focuses on the body through dance. Whether you are a novice dancer and want to learn some moves or a professional hoping to perfect your technique this session is for you. I specifically focus my training on elements of Hip Hop and Contemporary dance. This session can also be geared towards cardio conditioning, using dance as a fun way to burn some calories and break a sweat.
Each session is 45 minutes long with conversations around form and technique interspersed between exercises.
