What a great experience working with this caterer and her staff. Completely professional at all times and the food was outstanding. Our guest raved that is was the best wedding food they have ever had. We chose tenderloin with crab cake, green beans, mash potatoes and salad. Prices were so much more reasonable then others who wanted to charge us double for BBQ b/c it was a wedding.The staff was always around doing things but I never once notice they were there! It was an awesome experience and well worth the $ compared to other quotes from other caterers/restaurants. For the crab cakes and crab dip Carol went and got fresh meat from Crisfield the night before. Top Notch! More...

Carol's cake was one of the most delicious cakes I've had AND beautiful. She had to coordinate with our florist which was done completely on their own. All three layers were different flavors, with the bottom being a 7 layer chocolate cake. To cut costs, Carol suggested using two sheet cakes- strawberry shortcakes-Delicious! The amount was perfect with some left over to serve people the next day. Carol was very easy to work with and had the best pre wedding tasting which she brought to our house! More...
