Been here many times, I do contract work at ValleyFair before and after their season. The sandwiches: The Slop Bucket and The Pile are fantastic. Both are probably in the top 5 sandwiches of any kind that I have ever eaten in my life. The Cole slaw is very good and I generally don't like coleslaw. The Turkey club is pretty good. The wings and ribs are underwhelming and the Pig Stuff Burger is terrible. If I go there it's for those first two sandwiches. I wouldn't recommend going near closing time the staff is too distracted trying to close down, so they can leave as soon as possible to give the customer the same attention that they do earlier in the day. As soon as you walk in toy know you're in the right place for some good BBQ. Music and decor make the atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. My wife and I recently had Mr. Pig Stuff cater our wedding. We went with their Hog Roast and 5 delicious sides to feed 200+ people! Wow, was that the best decision ever! We were able to get a "First Cut" picture with the hog all dressed up. Our guests even had the chance to snap a few pics with hog. The service they provide is top notch! Easy to work with, punctual, entertaining while serving with a smile and extremely talented. Our food was delicious! The guests have still been commenting about how great the food a week after the wedding. Highly recommend using Mr. Pig Stuff for all of your catering needs!! A+++ We will be back for sure! Stopped here on Labor Day Sunday after going to the track. The staff was definitely overwhelmed and understaffed for a holiday Sunday, but they did the best they could. The food was phenomenal! Unfortunately, there was a 30 minute wait which appeared mainly drawn out by lack of hustle by the wait staff. Many tables went uncleared while the staff just walked around with no hurry, clearing a few things here and there. One table was cleared in no less than 4 trips by the waiter. There was no sense of urgency in these staff members. Once a table near us was vacated, it sat uncleaned for the rest of the evening. However, once closing time came all the empty tables appeared to be cleared in record time. Leading me to believe that they were trying to weed us out, hoping that maybe some of the families would give up. I don't think it had anything to do with the food because once we were finally seated and ordered, our food came in a very timely manner and was excellent.
