What do you love most about your job?
Working with smaller organizations that require flexibility and cost-effective solutions. I like to show people that good design and animation doesn't have to be difficult to obtain and can really produce results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I noticed a digital gap plaguing smaller organizations that didn't feel they could afford to retain an agency. I also noticed the lack of flexibility that most agencies exhibited when taking on new clients. At MPM we only bill for services provided. We offer clients free consults and don't charge for any hours outside of work on a specific project.
