First consultations are on me!
The first thing you need to think about when working out is getting your head in the game (literally). The brain is the most important part when trying to build new routines, muscle adaptations, or habits for your lifestyle.

I’m a huge fan of personal training and really enjoy my sessions with Chris. I started training just over 3 years ago after many years of exercising on my own. I wanted to improve my upper body strength and posture as well as increase my overall fitness. Chris takes a personal interest in his clients and puts together routines that are challenging but not impossible. He’s great at encouraging you as you master your skill and cheers you on to do more than you thought you could. Chris also makes each session fun, mixing up the exercises and engaging in conversation. I always look forward to our sessions, and highly recommend Chris! More...

There is very likely no trainer on the planet who is more informed, more fun, and more motivating than Chris. He is a star in every sense of the word.

If I could give Chris more than five stars I absolutely would! I have worked with Chris for a few months now on and off due to my work schedule.
He is always understanding and willing to move things around for me
when needed. Besides that Chris always gears programs towards the goals that you have for yourself. When you work with him it doesn’t feel like your doing the same generic work out that some other trainers have everyone do. Even on days where I haven’t felt my greatest during a workout he makes it enjoyable. He makes every small achievement in progress feel like you’ve won a medal. I would recommend Chris to anyone I know looking for a kick ass trainer!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by first establishing a strong foundation. Breathing and neurological mechanics help them understand how their body should move! Then incorporate more strength. I use technology for programming to keep workouts updated and available to them outside of training. I have biweekly check-ins to reassess their program and I encourage them to track their nutrition and sleep, which is just as important as the workout.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
This all depends on what your goal is. There isn’t one fix all secret that helps you get the body of your dreams. We are all wired differently so each program needs to be customized toward the individuals goal. Each program I create is specifically for the individual I am working with and built from scratch with the clients goals in mind.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to meet new individuals and to hear their stories. From here this begins the problem solving. How can I get them to their goals efficiently as possible while reducing injury and pain. I enjoy challenging them to achieve their goals and help them learn what movement is.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration I had to start my own business came from my uncle. I saw how hard he worked and how much he loved building something new from the ground up. I enjoy challenging myself and working hard for my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Your clients should choose me if I am the best fit for their needs and goals. I want to create a connection with my clients. With that connection I build trust and help them reach their goals.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide training services both virtually and in person. I want to make it as convenient and comfortable for my clients to achieve their goals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If a client is comfortable with in person training, I have selected a personal training studio in Boston with strict cleaning and sanitation practices. Only 1 trainer and client are allowed in the studio each hour and the equipment is sanitized after each session. Additionally, I always wear a mask and maintain a distance unless absolutely necessary to correct my clients position or demonstrate an exercise.
