I would like to commend Motor City Limousine on its service for a recent outing my family and took. Once a year 9 of us gather from New York, Atlanta, Indiana and Michigan to attend a Detroit Tigers game. I had never used Motor City before, but the online reviews looked good.Steve Williams was our driver and arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He dropped us off at the gate before the game and even monitored the game -sadly the Tigers lost - so he was a short distance away when the game ended. We never had to search for the bus, even though the streets were crowded.Steve was helpful even when we changed our itinerary after the game. At the last minute we decided to take the bus to dinner and then the return home. He managed to drop us right at the door of the restaurant, pick us up and still get us home before our rental time was up. And he did it all with a smile!The bus was impressive as well. It had that "new car smell" and looked as though we were the first to ever use it. I'm not sure that was the case, but the cleanliness of the bus made us feel we were.I am looking forward to using Motor City Limousine on my next family excursion and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a "party bus". When you travel to a large city like Detroit it is important to have transportation prompt, and ready when your plane lands. I rented a 15-passenger Sprinter party bus from this company for my bachelorette party this past Saturday. The driver Devonte was very patient with us and very gentlemanly helping us on and off the bus. Every time I called the company I spoke to friendly and helpful customer service. They also were very patient with the questions I had and information I needed. Every step of the way I received email updates reminding me of the timeline and when the driver was on the way. I was also included in the emails sent back to company notifying that we were on the bus, in transit, and back home. Both pickup and dropoff times were on the dot. For our wedding, we had a limo and then at the end of the night, a car for the bride and groom to leave in. Both drivers were on time, and they send you text updates when they are on their way and once they arrive. There was a little mix up about payment after the fact, but they took care of it right away. We rented a 15 person party bus for our wedding. We had the party bus drive us and our wedding party around after our ceremony and before our reception. It was a great way to kick off our party with our best friends. They drove us around to a few different locations to take photos. Ron from Motor City Limousine drove my friends and I from Greek Town to the Palace at Auburn Hills last March 2017 when we were visiting for a bachelor party. Ron was very calm, professional, and helpful throughout the entire ride to and from Auburn Hills. The odds were stacked against him given how rowdy our group was. Also, the automatic notifications upon their arrival and the communication from Ron when he was waiting for us were all great. We were a tough group to round up given the circumstances. Prior to the wedding they replied to e-mails very efficiently and the day of the wedding I got text and e-mails that the driver was on his way. My only recommendation here was that I could have given them my MOH's phone number as I did not have my phone with me. It did not actually matter because our driver was there waiting!
