We are a small farm to table restaurant focusing on modern American cuisine. Our expertise is using and foraging wild foods from the Pacific Northwest. We have catered over 80 events in the last two years and have been featured in Bon Appetite Magazines “Best New Restaurants Of The Country 2022”

What’s your signature dish?
At the restaurant we do grilled venison instead of steak and venison tartare!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
My first question is “ what would your dream menu be for this event“
What do you love most about your job?
I love food from the ground to the table, it is my passion, and I get to hook up my small restaurant exactly how I feel every day
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 13, I’ve been in the food industry for 15 years. I knew I would open my own restaurant for a long time!

We are one of the best small restaurants in Portland I’m just trying to make a good life for all of our staff. Supporting us also support small farmers!
