I highly recommend staying away from this builder.  I had a very sub standard experience and held my last payment due to damages on my property incurred during the foundation repair and gutter installation process. Vicente is very dishonest and filed a mechanics lien on my property for the payment.  There were a number of things that were sub par 1) poor project management - I had to ask that the project manager not work on my property.  They were charging me extra for this project manager who had a time management problem. He wouldn't get back to me for days.  Basically I fired the project manager. He also wasn't honest about subcontracting the gutter work.  I would have done this myself.  2) Super unorganized and staff was very unprofessional - he had to fire one guy because he was arguing with the property inspector.  The crew was also using my back yard as a bathroom. They said they would have a portable potty brought to the property. This didn't happen until I saw the crew peeing in my back yard.  3) broke a water pipe and didn't tell me. They acted like it was my issue when I pointed it out.  They were hiding all the mistakes they were making. I just happened to notice because the water was off.  4) I made payment same day as the job was completed however Vicente was complaining about the check clearing process.  He started complaining to me about his own banking arrangement as if it was my issue.  I told him his company internal operations are not my problem. He's incredibly unprofessional and not customer oriented 5) they ruined my entire front yard and the hard scape path. The portal potty service dragged the portal potty on the hard scape creating scrapes. Now the hard scape needs to be replaced.  This is part of the reason I withheld the last payment - the ruined path and the front yard completely ruined. 6) I always felt like Vicente was trying to cover things up and blame his own problems on me the customer.  7) the rebuild of the deck and repair of part of the walk way was sub standard.  The craftsmanship was very low quality.  I don't think his workers had a lot of experience.
