How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Since I do specialize in intimate and personalized catering, I will work closely with you to design a menu and/or beverage list that are specific to your palate. Whether it be a coursed fine dining meal or a backyard barbecue.

As a chef that has been not only in the kitchen, but, in the food and beverage industry for over two decades, I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing people.
