This was developed a little over a year ago when I sent my son to his dads in Florida for a month. I was so lost and didn't know what to do with my life outside of being a mom. My days were all planned around my son and his needs so when I didn't have those responsibilities it didn't know what to do. It made me sit and think about what I did before becoming a mom and I got back to doing that. I took out my 4 sewing machines and started creating again, started reading more books, taking myself out on a date, spa time, etc. I continued doing those things once my son came back. I found myself being happier and fulfilled again. I actually started teaching my son and his dad how to sew and it became a family bonding activity. I want to help other mothers do the same.

This is a 5 week program for fathers to work on themselves to be mental, physically, spiritually and emotionally available to re-establish the bond and connection with their child, and learn how to effectively communicate with child and child’s mother. Each week we will dig deep into topics such as the importance of a father role in a child’s life, communication, how to re-establish a bond, self-care, and making a plan.

I help parents with Co-Parenting like a Boss. I create a impactful transformation for both the parents and child.

I work with parents in my 8 week Co-Parenting program to:
-Change your mindset to clarify what both parents envision for their co-parenting experience
- We go through forgiveness to hash out and respectfully settle any issues that may have stopped you from co-parenting with success in the past in order to develop a healthy foundation for this new journey.
- We work on discovering your parenting style in order to teach you how to parent with different styles
- We work on communication to teach you how to effectively communicate successfully
- We build a Co- parenting roadmap and plan
- Put that plan in affect and make changes if needed.
