Being a stepdad presents challenges and the rate of going through another separation or divorce are high if these men do not build a strong foundation at home. A little background on Alex Mont-Ros:

Alex has an extensive background in sales, corporate leadership and management. In 2003, Alex started his career as a successful real estate broker selling and listing residential and commercial properties. His career started in Las Vegas, Nevada under the Crighton Real Estate Holdings firm and transitioned in 2009 to Bellevue, WA under the nationwide recognized Keller Williams Realty brokerage. As an entrepreneur, Alex also co-founded a Seattle tech startup-crowd funding site in 2011 that assisted local athletes and organizations raise funds for specialized campaigns. Later, he transitioned careers to corporate management as a regional leader for a Fortune 15 company managing over $100 million in revenues for global retailers and AEC firms. As co-founder of Moncord Real Estate Professional Services, Alex was tasked with developing Moncord’s strategic and marketing initiatives. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, BA in Business Management from Northwest University and is currently finishing his MBA with a focus in project management. Alex holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, Keller Williams BOLD Graduate, Previous ALC Member for Keller Williams Realty Bellevue, Project Management Certified CAPM Education, and is bilingual professional working proficiency in Spanish. Alex is also a MAPS certified business coach. He has 5 awesome kids and married to his best friend and business partner.

In 2021, Alex sold Moncord Real Estate Professional Services to a strategic buyer within the real estate industry named Transactly. He is now a shareholder and Director of Sales leading their sales initiatives and growth.
