What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people realize their true potential and putting steps into place to help them achieve there goals. When someone can then take the tools I taught them and live the life they want to live I feel like I have done my job. It's like having a personal trainer but for your goals and dreams. I am a career, corporate and transitional life coach that loves seeing other people succeed and having a big part in helping them. I hold my clients accountable and love watching them succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to start my own business. I worked for 14 years in the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device industry coaching people and knew that was my passion after 7 years of managing and coaching others. There was nothing quite like watching someone go up on stage to get an award and having a huge part in helping them succeed. I knew this was what I wanted to do forever.
