We have had such poor service in the past from prior companies and were hesitant to contract with another construction firm. We have an older home and the work needed on our home required a special level of advanced experience and knowledge of building and home repair. Monarch Contract Builders successfully met the challenge and our needs.  And...they were friendly, honest, and passionate about their work. I hired Monarch to add a half bathroom and small closet in my basement and transform the space into a home office. I also had some bathroom vents and tile installed. I had a tight budget and Patrick was able to work with me to make sure what I asked for could be done within that amount. The design consultant, Renee, was extremely helpful and I don't think the job could have been done without her! I was busy throughout the project working to pay for it, so didn't have time to look at much in terms of bathroom interior design or paint. I told Renee my vision and she sent me several options and I was able to pick from those and was very happy with everything she found for me! She also stopped by throughout to make sure the workers were paying attention to detail. Patrick and his foreman Rodrigo were excellent and flexible with extra things I asked for throughout the project, though I did end up paying more than I hoped. Overall I love my new bathroom and office space and will definitely be going to Monarch for my next project! More...

A friend told us to call these guys to quickly set up a data port plug in our condo. They were friendly on the phone and came by the next day (On Time! !!). Their electrical guy had the whole thing done in under an hour. This was the fastest set up of stuff that we have ever had contracted out and everything worked out great. They also took off their shoes, so as to not mess up our egg shell carpet with out us having to ask!We will definitely use them for some of the other electrical work we need done down the road. The bathroom remodel went well. They use the exact sconces that we wanted we like it way everything was set up if there was anything that I could say really stands out it was just how friendly the workers were and how quickly actually got done we are worried that we'd have a lot more dust and problems but nope we were done pretty soon.

A couple months ago I hired Monarch Contract Builders to remodel my bathroom and expand my guest bedroom closets. In the bathroom they installed heated floors, replaced all the tile (shower, seperate bath floor and walls), added a glass shower door(floor to ceiling) and installed a new vanity with a mirror the length of my wall. Beautiful work.In the bedroom they had to rebuild the doorway and part of a wall to expand the closets. Halfway through the closet expansion the crew found a significant leak between the bedroom and bathroom shared wall that I didn't know was there. I was concerned  that this would add more time to the job. (I had family coming to visit who were going to use this bedroom) and more money than I had budgeted for this project. Patrick's crew fixed the leak and finished the job in plenty of time and at a reasonable price. They even offered ideas to help me get more space in the closets than I originally thought I would have. I recommend Monarch Contract Builders to anyone who needs remodelling done.
