Let me start by saying McKenna was great and everything went well with our engagement photos, the wedding photos that we received via online gallery are also beautiful. However, part of our package/contract included getting a photo box with prints and a USB mailed to us. My wedding was July 16, 2021 and I sent McKenna a message asking about it in October 2021 and verified that we would be getting our photos, she stated that she had a family emergency and we understood and she told us our items were sent out. Let's fast forward to February 2022 and we haven’t received anything! We have left voice-mail, emails, messages on various social media and and its radio silence! Nothing, she won’t even open them. All we want is an answer to what is going on and we are extremely upset and considering going to small claims court. Our wedding photos are literally something that we cannot replace. I am beyond frustrated that this does not appear to be the first time she has done this. Maybe leaving a bad review will help get your attention because I deserve an answer, I just want my photos or my money back so that I can have my own prints ordered! More...

I can't even begin to put into words how much McKenna did for my husband and I. Thanks to her I have wedding photos I can be proud of, that make me feel gorgeous! She is extremely talented and clearly has a passion for her work. She went above and beyond to coordinate everything and give us the perfect shoot. She has an amazing eye for detail, talented editing style and the most important thing for a character--- AMAZING personality. Unless you are a model, being in front of the camera can feel foreign, and the last thing you want on your big day or special occasion is to feel or look uncomfortable. I have seen her connect with several different couples with all different personalities and allow then to relax and enjoy their day while getting great shots!
