What do you love most about your job?
I love to make difference in the individuals I am treating in life. Help people overcoming difficulties, help people gain control over their lives, steering people to the right resources.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a woman of color, I wanted to provide mental health and social services that incorporate the aspect of individual of color culture, social, economic, and behavioral issues.
Why should our clients choose you?
Individuals should choose Mindset Social Solutions because we provide a culturally responsive approach to treatment. Meaning base on an individual's service culture, the social, behavioral background we can work with them and provide therapy that works for them.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
For now, all our services are remotely or online. For those in Massachusetts, we do offer some in-home therapy services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide all over service remotely. If we have to make an in-home visit all staff are vaccinated and will be wearing masks.
