I don’t even know how to begin saying how grateful I am to this florist. So I will began with I live in Paducah Ky and my Aunt that lived in Madison, TN had recommended Millers to be about 8 years ago and I have ordered single flower arrangements over the years that were always beautiful,fresh, and exactly what I ordered, what you would expect a florist to do right? My Aunt passed away and I wanted to send four different items to her loved ones for them to take home in memory of their grandmama, so I called Miller’s after trying to figure out do I try to do this local or how would I do this over the phone with Miller’s. So I call, an associate by the name of Carolyn answers and I explain in detail my need and wishes can you please help me, with out hesitation she said yes. That she would take pictures and text to me, after spending two hours on the phone with texting pictures with prices and me calling her with questions I got exactly what I wanted and above, I could not believe that I was going to able to afford to get something for each of them but Carolyn patiently worked with me until I could. Last night my husband brought me such a lovely bouquet of flowers from Miller’s. The bouquet was crafted with the most beautiful flowers that were of highest quality. Just stopped by with two gigantic basket-ish items for a MNPS fundraiser. Â Without hesitation, Konya and her staff took care of them, wrapping them in cellophane and topping them off with beautiful ribbons! Â What I did not realize is that Miller's Florist is so much more than flowers! Â There are gift items, seasonal items, jewelry, bags, fun eccentricities that you wouldn't always expect in a flower shop. Placed an order online Tuesday the 13th for Valentines Day, I know nothing Like waiting till the last minute. The website was easy to use and was processed quickly. They even called me 5 minutes after I placed the order to inform me they didn’t have the exact vase that was in the picture online. Which was fine because the vase and flowers that they delivered blew my wife away and looked amazing! They were able to delivered before noon as well.
