High class catered BBQ is what I offer. I work with local distributors to source and provide the best quality food for any event you want to plan. Food is my passion and smoked food is my love. Almost all the food I offer is cooked in a smoker and done with just the right seasonings to make you want more.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am a sole proprietor so I am the only employee and I wash and sanitize all my equipment in a rented commercial kitchen.
Catered Food
I provide food, chafing dishes, drink service, and set-up/teardown.
I do have contacts in the events business to be able to quote any rentals that would be needed for your event.
