Nic is really great at designing a workout that can challenge me to make gains without aggravating injuries that have been a chronic problem for me. He excels at explaining the right way to perform various workout techniques so that I can increase my strength and stamina with little chance of inflammation in problem areas, and can see what changes are needing in weight and repetitions as we go.
