We had Mike and his staff cater our wedding and it was absolutely amazing! They were so professional, kind, and did a wonderful job. When we first met Mike for a tasting we knew right away that we wanted to have him as a part of our big day. He took care of everything and made sure we were at ease! He even drove to our venue before the wedding to make sure he knew where to set up and met the owners of our venue. Your baked beans were the front page on my children's book, and the flavor tenderness and lean ribs were top of them all.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Our family has been in the food business for over 50 years and we've been smoking meat for over 40 years...it's just what we love doing!
