Megan is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and is currently working toward a Virtual Coaching Certification. Megan was inspired to join the fitness industry after seeing how a fitness routine not only transformed her body, but her mind. Megan approaches fitness as a life long behavior modification, teaching her clients that reaching your goals is all about developing healthy habits in and out of the gym. She specializes in strength training, booty-building, weight loss, and cardio kickboxing.
