I love interacting with people and getting to know them past the surface level.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business after going through my own 35 lb weight loss journey through strength training. I want to help others do the same.

Clients should choose me because I am 100% invested in them succeeding in reaching their fitness goals. I have been in your shoes and understand what it takes - I can pass on knowledge and empathize when things get hard. I know how it feels for the mind to say “give up” when you physically can keep going.

Yes - I am open to remote training through zoom or Google Meet. All workouts will be accessible from a personal training app.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and am open to wearing a mask if that makes my client feel more comfortable. The gym I train clients at is also open air and has cleaning practicies in place.
