Michael's Pack

Just want to thank Michael’s Pack Dog Training but more importantly the Trainer Jen who we were lucky enough to have work with Scott and I to help train our Last Hope rescue, Duke.
Jen was so helpful and accommodating and showed Scott and I methods to teach Duke proper behavior, which was necessary. Duke has come a long way as our sessions have now come to an end. Lots of his bad behaviors have discontinued and we will continue to reinforce the good behavior that Jen helped us to achieve. We will work with Duke daily using the methods Jen taught us.
Duke has shown a lot of progress since beginning our training sessions with Jen and we believe he will continue to thrive - thanks to Jen.
I would highly recommend using Michael’s Pack Dog Training especially Jen.

Michael and his team are wonderful! Our quality of life has changed thanks to the hard work and dedication of Michael! Michael not only trained our puppy but trained everyone living in our home. All the thank you's in the world could not be enough!!!! Within the first 3 seconds of entering our home Michael was working with our extra high energy 6 month boxerdor and in 3 minutes she was listening. It was nothing short of a miracle. Michael and his staff are just what was needed to help with our newest addition. Price appropriate and an accommodating schedule needed? Then this is the company for you!!! Great with extra special dogs and extra special kids in the house. After 4 lessons and a consultation, our puppy who did not listen at all now sits, stays, leaves it, lays down, understands quiet, no longer pulls on her walks, has stopped biting people and stopped jumping on visitors, uses bells to alert us that she needs to go outside and has stopped counter surfing, all by using positive reinforcement. With 2 sessions left out our initial package, I am sure I will be amazed with what Michael teaches our baby next;) More...

Michael's Pack has been a Godsend to our family! When we adopted our puppy we reached out to Michael's Pack and were quickly contacted by Michael himself. He was patient, friendly and helpful. He spent time on the phone listening to our specific needs (a fearful child). Our trainer David arrived for a consultation the next week with a calm, steady, in-control demeanor that immediately set us and our puppy at ease. Within that first session, my daughter went from extremely fearful to petting and interacting with our puppy. Truly incredible  to witness and it was all because of our trainer David. He helped us to understand our puppy better and helped her fit into our pack, as a member of the family. We purchased a package of in-home visits and each one has been excellent. David is responsive with scheduling, helpful with our questions and extremely knowledgeable as a trainer. Our sessions have made quite a difference in our puppy's behavior, due to the skills that David teaches us. He is gentle and firm with our puppy, modeling commands and explaining how and why they work. He leaves us with commands to work on between sessions, setting her up to be the best doggy version of herself that she can be. In addition to his skills as a trainer, David has excellent presentation skills and is at ease dealing with questions from our children. He gives context to his answers, even providing historical reasoning for the behavior of dogs. Very cool. Overall, we are so happy with the service provided by David and Michael's Pack. It is evident that they care deeply about the  dogs (and humans) that they train. We look forward to taking group classes and growing with Michael's Pack! More...
