I did this work for several years in clinics and pro bono and I decided to start a private practice a few years ago. I love my work.

I can meet with clients on zoom as long as they are in the state of MD. The final meeting will need to be in person to sign and notarize the documents.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks and social distancing are available for clients who would like that.
Wills and Estate Planning
I help clients draft wills, powers of attorney, and trusts that are appropriate for their situation. These documents can save clients heartache down the road. In addition, probate and estate taxes can be avoided or minimized.
Non-Profit Formation
I help clients incorporate non-profit entities and attain a tax exempt status from the IRS.
Special Needs Planning
I help clients who have children or family members with special needs. I help clients plan so that the public benefits for these individuals will not be affected by inheritance or the like.
Probate
Upon the death of a loved one, I help families navigate the probate process and help divide assets with or without a will. This alleviates a lot of confusion and makes sure all of the probate rules of the court are followed.
