The company has been doing my mom's housekeeping for over a year now. We had a special event 2 months ago and decided to give them a call and get help with the after cleanup. We were greatly satisfied with the service performed indoors and the exterior. I'm a current customer now and have a by weekly visit because of the care and quality my cleaning crew has brought to us. House Cleaning
Scheduled a day and time. Confirmed multiple times. No one showed up. I reached out to Grace. An hour after my scheduled time she said they will be there at 2:00 that is 3 hours from my scheduled time.
I scheduled my time around their original day and time confirmation.
Grace would communicate not to worry they will be there Thursday-at 11:00 and not to worry.
I decided not to use the company.
Mislead, and aloof about 3 hours later. Who knows if they would have ever shown up. No courtesy call to I form me of delay. I just kept waiting and decided.. No the Integrity is not good.
