I've used their services many times and haven't had an issue until just recently. I booked a shuttle for a team (23 people) event to the city! Booked them for 6hrs. The day came and the driver never showed up! After calling and texting him with no response, I called the office, and they couldn't get ahold of the driver. Driver finally answered the phone and told me that the car had overheated, and when asking him about a replacement, he said he didn't know and hung up! And I called the office back they could not give me an ETA as to when a replacement shuttle would come pick us up! We decided to get Uber's and while commuting to the city, I got a text saying that cars were coming to get us, this is after I already told them that we would need to Uber because we had to be at our location at a certain time The lack of communication from the driver and office was very disappointing! I am extremely happy with my choice of MGL Limo.For years, I had used a competing "well known" service. But on a recent trip, they never showed up and ghosted me, when I asked for a resolution. Not sure what happened to that business, as it previously was reliable.In order to avoid ongoing headaches, I switched to MGL Limo for the next trip and what a night-and-day difference. Extremely proactive communication. They kept track of flight delays for me and adjusted pick up times accordingly. Driver showed up early, was friendly and very efficient. Excellent service. I needed to be at a certain location that is at least 1.5-2 hours away depending on traffic, by 8 in the morning. Driver was punctual, communicated before arriving, and opened my door. The car was very clean and comfortable, the best ride ever. This was scheduled as a round trip with a wait time. The driver patiently waited as I needed to take care of school business and then drove me back home. I have zero complaints. Everything went smoothly from reservations to pick up. i usually use Blacklane but found their pricing to be on the higher end. i was looking for airport transfer from SFO to San Rafael for my family of five with 7 luggages. MGL Limo was super efficient and advised that I am able to book the SUV since there are only 5 passengers. MGL sent me reminders and on the day of my arrival in SFO confirmed the name and number of my driver. it didnt take us long to organise our bags and within 10 mins the driver picked us up at the gate. it took the driver a few minutes to organise our many luggages (thank you Ted!!!) but soon we were on our way to San Rafael. Ted was an excellent driver and he got us safely to our destination. Very happy with the service and will definitely use MGL next time. keep up the excellent service!! More...
